Medicine Note: Pill Reminder

Delete your account

Deleting your Medicine Note account takes two steps. You ask, then we wait 30 days before deleting everything. This page is published by MAKESENSE SOLUTION CO., LTD., the developer of Medicine Note.

First, cancel Premium

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in the Google Play app, under Payments & subscriptions. On iPhone, cancel it in Settings under your Apple ID.

Option 1: In the app

  1. Open Medicine Note.
  2. Open Settings, then Delete Account.
  3. Confirm with the slide.

You are signed out. Your account is now scheduled for deletion.

Option 2: By email

If you cannot open the app:

  1. Email admin@makesensesolution.com.
  2. Send it from the email address of your Medicine Note account.
  3. Ask us to delete your account.

What happens next

  • For 30 days, nothing is deleted. Your data stays safe. If you change your mind, just sign back in. This cancels the deletion.
  • After 30 days, everything is deleted. Our server first deletes your photos and files: medication photos, restock photos, lab files and diary photos. Then it deletes your login account and all the data linked to it.

What is not deleted

  • Your Premium subscription. Cancel it yourself in Google Play, as described above.
  • Data saved only on your phone, such as on the Free plan. Uninstall the app to remove it.
